PlayCaller Text Pro™ TPro-2

A secure platform for real-time coach-to-athlete messaging.

Text Pro is a coach to player communication system designed to transmit readable, text-based instructions from the sideline to players on the field. The system enables silent, real-time delivery of play calls to improve clarity, speed, and execution during games and practices.

Unlike costly leased systems, Text Pro is affordable to own outright, with no annual fees or recurring rental contracts.

How It Works

Text Pro wireless delivers instructions by text instantly during games and practices. The system uses proprietary software package developed by Porta Phone engineers  that is downloaded to a laptop or desktop computer allowing coaches to essentially create a customized electronic play sheet.

The Coaches game plan is then uploaded to the Text Pro coach transmitter where each “call” is assigned a numeric identifier.

When the coach selects an assigned number the corresponding message is sent wirelessly to the athlete’s armband receivers for immediate display and execution.

Secure and Reliable Technology

Text Pro uses Active Spread Spectrum Frequency Hopping to insure play call messages remain totally private. The system transmits data by rapidly switching among multiple frequencies only utilizing those channels that are free. This technology ensures private, encrypted, and consistently reliable delivery of play calls—even in high-density wireless environments.
