The Porta Phone DBx Single Channel Series are a breakthrough in football coach communication. DBx means Dual Band Transceiver featuring both 900 Mhz and 2.4G frequencies. With DBx coaches have the flexibility to switch between these two RF Bands with the simple push of a button.

Operation of the Porta Phone DBx couldn’t be easier, just install a charged battery, set the volume and communicate. The headsets tune automatically and constantly monitor the airwaves “hunting” for uncluttered operating space. This digital wireless technology known as Frequency Hopping allows DBx to easily avoid interference.

All DBx headsets also include Porta Phone’s Auto Mute Boom that allows coaches to monitor / listen to the conversation when their microphone is swiveled up. Bringing the Mic boom down kicks the signal “ON” instantly. This feature coupled with the Porta Phone’s military noise cancelling microphone insure a crystal clear, open line of communication.

DBx headsets are totally programmable so you can expand by adding headsets or even modify the talking pattern of the Single Channel systems to Offense / Defense in the future.
